Wine Making Continued



Sorry for the infrequency in my posts. October into November has been busy for us. A few weeks back I transitioned my grape juice into it's Carboy. It had been sitting in a sealed bucket for a few weeks while the yeast did it's magic.

So now it sits in my cellar in the "carboy". Which looks like Poland Spring Bottle but it's made of glass and has a water filled cap so that air can escape. If the air couldn't escape it would explode. Fun!

I'll need to check on this batch soon and see where the sugar levels are and maybe take a little taste.
